Processing Orders

Orders begin processing within 24 hours of placement and ship according to shipping method chosen and the day of the week the order is received. 

Due to the unique and perishable nature of our products, orders being shipped to warm climates above 72 degrees must be shipped Overnight or 2nd Day Air with ice.

Please select ice option for warm destinations.  Teuscher is not responsible for melting.

If ice is not selected for warm destinations, the order will NOT be shipped. 


Fedex Ground 

  • Orders ship Tuesday through Thursday only 
  • Only valid for the following states: New York, CT, DE, D.C., ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, PA, RI, VT

Fedex 2nd Day

Ÿ  Orders ship Monday through Wednesday only.  Cut off time is 3pm EST.

  • Orders placed or received Thursday through Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Fedex Overnight

Ÿ Orders ship Monday through Thursday only.  Cut off time is 3pm EST.

  • Orders placed or received Friday through Sunday will ship the following Monday. 

Fedex Overnight Saturday delivery

  • Orders ship Friday only.  Cut off time is 3pm EST Friday
  • Select this option if you want your order delivered on Saturday.
  • Saturday delivery is only available to residences.

  • Same day delivery – valid ONLY to a business or residence with front desk/doorman services
  • Signature upon delivery is mandatory for this service

Future Ship Date

  • Select this feature for any future shipment. This is the date the order ships and NOT the date the order will arrive. Black out dates apply – Check shipping methods. 

Important Delivery Address information

  • Detailed address information including a phone number is required.
  • Please add apt# or unit #, company name, department, suite or floor where applicable.
  • Teuscher is not responsible for errors in address information provided by the customer.
  • Fedex charges a $10.00 fee for return or redelivery of a package due to address errors.
  • Address error fees will be charged back to the customer.

Chocolate Storage Information

We recommend that you don’t refrigerate any of our chocolate. Instead, store in a cool, dry place preferably at a temperature between 68-72 degrees Fahrenheit.
