What is a Champagne Truffle?

The original was created by Dolf Teuscher, Sr over 60 years ago. Our champagne truffles have a Dom Perignon cream center, surrounded by a dark chocolate ganache, covered with a milk chocolate shell and dusted with confectioner's sugar.

Does our chocolate contain soy lecithin?

Yes, it is made with soy lecithin.

Nut allergy information.

We use various nuts in the production of our chocolates. These nuts include almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, walnuts and macadamia nuts. We recommend that people with severe nut allergies do not eat our chocolates, as everything is made on the same premises. Our chocolates never contain anything made with peanuts or coconut.

Are our chocolates certified Kosher?

We do not carry Kosher products at this time.

Do we carry sugar-free products?

Where are our chocolates made?

All of chocolate is made in our factory in Zurich, Switzerland. Teuscher Fifth Avenue receives shipments at least once a week, and twice a week during the holidays.

If I place my order today will it be sent out today?

Your order will usually be processed within 2 business days. It may take longer during busy holiday seasons (THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS, VALENTINE'S DAY AND EASTER). If order is received after shipping deadlines it will be shipped out on the following Monday. Please order early to ensure a timely shipment. Can you have my gift arrive on a specific day?

We suggest you allow extra time for your gift to arrive. Please include special shipping instructions, such as ship/arrival dates, in the "Customer Notes" section upon checkout. If we are not able to fill your order, we will contact you. Always provide a valid phone number and email with your order so that we may contact you.

What are my options for shipping?

We use FedEx Priority Overnight and 2nd Day Delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our product, we NEVER use standard mail. At certain times of the year, the 2nd day option may be unavailable due to high temperatures. We ask that you take the climate and season of your destination into consideration when placing your order and choose the appropriate option. Please refer to our policies for Warm Weather Shipping Policies & Shipping Options & Charges for total delivery time.

Will my chocolate melt?

Due to the perishable nature of our products we take special precautions when shipping your order. Orders being shipped to warm climates, temperature is above 72 degrees F in delivery area, must choose Priority Overnight & Warm Weather Delivery for delivery of your chocolates. For an additional cost - Insulated Package with Ice Pack $13.50, option is available at the Checkout Page. Priority Overnight & Warm Weather Delivery shipping may also be needed at other times of the year. Teuscher Chocolates is not responsible for melting during shipping.
